I apologize in advance for including so many photos in a single post. After our Saturday morning run, we trekked out to Coney Island. This was our third (and hopefully final) visit to Coney Island this summer. We rode the Wonder Wheel (we do, every time we go to CI). We also did the Cyclone, … Continue reading Weekend Recap– Saturday→
I’m not sure why it is, but the three-day-weekends always seem to go the quickest, even with the extended time away from work. Even so, I am pretty excited for the upcoming holiday weekend. Since Monday is a bank holiday, the firm is also closed. We are still trying to finagle Reagan’s work situation for … Continue reading Ready for some extended weekend action→
Last weekend was one of those times when I could have cloned myself and built a time machine, and still not have been able to get in everything that I wanted to. Saturday night, I checked out the new Hole Gallery in SoHo. It will eventually be moving to the old Deitch space (above). Check … Continue reading Happy Monday!→
Even though the weekend hasn’t officially started yet, it feels like it for me. Today is my day off from running, and my calendar is empty for today! As busy as this week was, it was also super productive. Yesterday afternoon, I was able to shoot a sneak peak of the Fall and Winter stuff … Continue reading Wah-wah-weekend is here!→
Piper’s hair was a bit nutty today. The nurse had done it nice after Piper’s bath, but Reagan took it out of the pony tail and eventually put in a french braid. But I liked it when it was all crazy-woman style. Today’s visit was a lot of fun for me, because Piper was pretty … Continue reading Piper crazy hair→
(Above: pensive Reagan during evening picnic on the roof) I got the weekend off to a banging start, last night in SoHo. I had the privilege of meeting several professional skateboarders that I looked up to, as a kid, including original Z-boy Pat Ngoho. We kept the weekend in high gear on Saturday, with the … Continue reading Half way over already?→
Memorial day, we went to visit Piper, first thing in the morning. Reagan cut Piper’s hair (they now have matching haircuts). Piper was in such a great mood, that we just hung out with her goofing off, for a few hours. More photos over here (warning, there are about 1000).
We got out on the bikes, today and had ourselves a little picnic. Reagan was in charge of the sammies. She made tomato avocado and cheese on wheat bread. Delicious. I put the blanket half in the shade (for Reagan) and half in the sun (for me). I’m pretty glad that I brought the camera … Continue reading Sunday→
Sunday, some of our close friends (and Piper’s friends), the Carters came to hang out with Piper one last time before moving to AZ. We had a blast, as usual. The Carter girls always play so nice with Piper. I love the shot below, of little Penelope entertaining Piper: Piper was also able to get … Continue reading Farewell’s are never easy→
