(Above: pensive Reagan during evening picnic on the roof) I got the weekend off to a banging start, last night in SoHo. I had the privilege of meeting several professional skateboarders that I looked up to, as a kid, including original Z-boy Pat Ngoho. We kept the weekend in high gear on Saturday, with the … Continue reading Half way over already?→
Memorial day, we went to visit Piper, first thing in the morning. Reagan cut Piper’s hair (they now have matching haircuts). Piper was in such a great mood, that we just hung out with her goofing off, for a few hours. More photos over here (warning, there are about 1000).
Sunday, some of our close friends (and Piper’s friends), the Carters came to hang out with Piper one last time before moving to AZ. We had a blast, as usual. The Carter girls always play so nice with Piper. I love the shot below, of little Penelope entertaining Piper: Piper was also able to get … Continue reading Farewell’s are never easy→
(Above: Reagan after crossing the finish line) We had fantastic weather for the Brooklyn Half-Marathon today. Reagan and I traveled to the race with a bunch of our friends from the running club, which made it a lot of fun. We all had a pretty good race. I didn’t hit my 1:30 goal. But I … Continue reading Prospect to Coney→
Yes, I posted photos of cookie dough. Hahahah. Sorry to be getting all mommy-blogger up in here. But I’m currently confined to the office while Reagan is baking up a storm, and making other preparations for a very special B-day tomorrow. I’m referring, of course, to Piper’s birthday. She turns a solid three years old, … Continue reading Weekend Starts Tonight!→
Friday was my first ever, visit to the Bronx Zoo. It was pretty awesome. When my sister Melinda came to visit, it was one of the things that she put on her list of things to see, while in NY. It was also Reagan’s first time there. We saw some pretty awesome stuff. There Lions, … Continue reading It’s all happening at the zoo→
Piper was in a great mood this morning when we were hanging out with her. Of course we had to snap some Mothers’ Day shots. We broke out some timer action for a family shot. Before we left, Reagan snapped the shot below. I think that it might be one of my favorite shots that … Continue reading One more Mothers’ Day post→
In a couple of weeks, one of the most important moms in my life will have been a mom for 3 years. It is pretty crazy to think back on things. I am, of course referring to Reagan. Coincidentally, the photo below is of Reagan and my Ma B, hanging out with lil’ PJ, the … Continue reading Happy Mothers’ Day!→
The photo above pretty much sums up the way that Piper and her aunt Melinda feel about each other. Piper was really excited to meet her aunt Melinda, who she had heard so much about. Piper did take a break from hanging out with Melinda to play footsies with Reagan (above), and meet Melinda’s sis-in-law … Continue reading Piper meets Aunt Melinda→
Sunday morning, we were up at the crack of dawn, for a bike ride. It was such amazing weather. We just pretty much stuck the to the usual and headed down the Hudson River path going south. Early in the morning, we pretty much had the park to ourselves. It was really quite amazing. As … Continue reading Riding bikes, and the like→
