Jumping through more hoops

I get to go to court this afternoon, for Piper. We were hoping that after she was granted SSI, the medicaid would be instant. If that were the case, I wouldn’t have to worry anymore about the first medicaid application being denied. As it stands, we still haven’t heard back from SSI about their medicaid determination, so I have to show up today and try to straighten things out. I was thinking about wearing a grey suit, to try to look like Perry Mason. But then I remembered that I should probably try to look poor. Plus, who am I kidding? I’m not a litigator. Cross your fingers.
