As always, we had some good times with Piper last weekend. She sits up these days, like it’s no big deal. In fact, she has learned how to pull her self up to sitting position, if you hold your hands out for her. She is getting more and more rowdy. When she is on her back in her crib, she enjoys spinning herself around on her back, until her tubes become so twisted that they pop off. She has also become a kicking fanatic. This can be dangerous, now that she has so many new shoes with hard soles on them.
Friday when Reagan went to visit, she discovered that someone had totally jacked up our rocking chair. It looked like a 400 pounder sat on the arm of it. We were pretty bummed about that. But we were able to bring it home this weekend and fix it up with a little bit o’ wood glue and a couple of screws. We will be rocking in style this weekend with the battle scarred chair.
