I recently mouved from USA to Europa because i am originaly from Europa and i have open here a little petrolier company.I want to rent my USA apartment because i need money here and i decided to stay here with my family.Like i said the apartment is available for long time.The transaction must be in this way:you must give me your full name,your addressand i will send you the keys and the retal agreement.For rental agreement i will need some reference about you(age,study,work place,marriage…..).After you will receive the keys,you will go and inspect the apartment and if you will like it you will read the rental agreement,sign it and deposit to me one mounth advanced and the current rent for mounth.If you will have any reason for refuse the apartment you will go back at the delivery company and you will complet a apers and resend back to me the keys and the papers.Of course i will pay the delivery fees.I wait your reply!
