Hawaii, you say?

The weather today, although not as cold, is equally as miserable as yesterday. It is pouring rain, but it is still to cold for the snow to melt from yesterday. So there are just big slushy puddles everywhere and sidways rain in your face. Apparently mother nature is trying to pack the entire winter’s worth of nasty weather into one week. Last night Reagan and I were going to go to a party at club 21. We decided to bag it all together because it was snowing so hard (and I got burried with a bunch of stuff at work). I’m sure that it wouldn’t have been that awesome, but it is still fun to go to private parties when they are held at some place from the movies. Plus, Reagan had straightened her hair and everything, in anticipation. Stupid weather. Next time, Reag.

Anyway, I thought that, with the weather being the way that it is, this email that I received today was exceptionally timely to rub in the fact that I will have no contact with, or participation in anything that touches or concerns Hawaii in any way for the forseeable future:

Limbo? Swimming? Massages? Hawaiian Food? No thanks, I prefer trudging through slush in sideways rain. I hope that someone will at least film the suprise special event and post it on the family website.

  1. I say that we all plan a real vacation to somewhere sunny and get out of this miserable weather.

  2. I’m definitely down for that.
