iFamily

Sometimes I feel like the odd man out, typing away on my B-berry.

I went into the office super early this morning and knocked out about 5 hours, before taking Bebe on our last journey to Westchester together. Reagan followed me, in Greta to the Toyota dealership, where we turned in Bebe. It was a somber occasion. We couldn’t stay bummed for long though, because we went straight to Piper’s house afterward. Piper was in a fantastic mood. She blew right through nap time, so that she didn’t miss out on any opportunities to play. She wore everyone out, playing so hard. After we got home and had a bite to eat, I put together Reagan’s blob garage sale store. I think that she is going to publish it tomorrow. My stress level has gone from red back into the low yellows, possibly bordering on green. Hopefully having such a load off will help me deal better with the cold weather that decided to show up this weekend.

  1. Haha iFamily! iPip is looking extra cute i-ing it up with iMom.

Great news about the reduction in stress, if not the weather and saying goodbye to Bebe. How did Bebe get her name? Inquiring minds want to know.

I’m writing this comment from the laundromat, where Christmas music is playing while rain falls outside. That, and reading your blog, makes laundry bearable. Hmmm… iLaundry!?

  2. You didn’t include the cute picture of you playing airplane with Piper! I saw it on Reagans blob, so cute! I actually enjoy that game still from time to time, so I’m glad Piper is getting in on all the fun. And you really should get an iPhone!

  3. so how did turning in your leased vehicle go? The last lease we turned in was a nightmare. Jacob babied that car for 2 years. It had extremely low miles and was basically in perfect condition when his lease was over – and we still got a bill for over $1000 for “excessive wear and tear”. It pissed me off and I am so scared to turn in my Passat in May. I may just end up buying it.

  4. @michelle: It went pretty smoothly. We haven’t received a bill yet. From what I have heard, some companies are easier than others on the wear and tear issue. From what I have heard, they are all generally more lenient these days, because they are so desperate for repeat business. I’ll let you know if we get a bill.

Glad you are not so stressed anymore. Jessie is kind of like a whole ifamily in one. Sometimes I see him sitting in front of his imac downloading running stuff from his ipod nano and then his iphone rings…. It is me, calling to tell him, “lucky”.
