When it rains it pours

The vacation day that I was planning to take today, didn’t exactly work out. It seems like lately with work, things have been relatively slow, until this week. Things have been going like gangbusters, again. I’m super glad about being busy, but it is kind of a bummer that it happens when I actually have stuff planned to do outside of work. Like, I almost had to miss the Weezer show the other night. Anyway, it is raining like crazy outside today, so I don’t feel too bad about not being able to trudge around Soho wielding an umbrella with Reagan and Amanda. I am also pleased to see that the “bailout” bill has all but failed. I’m still crossing my fingers. Plus, nothing makes the weekend sweeter than a little bit of extended anticipation. Look at me.. being all positive and stuff on such a nasty day. Hahahah
