Despite the partially cloudy weather, Friday and yesterday, we had a superbly good time celebrating independence day with our Boston homies. We arrived at their house late Thursday night, and of course, stayed up late laughing until our lats were sore. Friday we went to a pool party/ barbeque at one of their friends’ houses, then watched fireworks over the Charles River at night. I mean, it pretty much doesn’t get anymore traditional than that. Tadd was in amazing form while manning the grill on Friday. Not only was the marinade some the most amazing I have tasted, both the steak and chicken was cooked to perfection. Later, in the pool, there were hours of antics involving most of the random pool toys that were laying around. Tadd and Julie had a friend that had staked out some prime real estate on the cambridge side of the Charles, and had been saving it with blankets since like 5:00. It was amazing. All we had to do was show up 20 minutes before the fireworks started, and pick a blanket to sit on. Saturday, Reagan, Julie and Zoe went shopping for girl stuff. The boys went to the bike shop and bought a bunch of components to fix the bikes that Tadd was donating to Reagan and myself. I was really stoked about both, getting some bikes, and being able to work on them. We had a really good time getting them all set up and working nice. Saturday night, Taylor, Stacey and Theo came by the Truscotts’ place. It was really fun to see them. Theo is getting huge. He is walking around like it is nobody’s biz. It is always hard to come back to real life after having such a fun time away. Anyway, here are the rest of the pics from the weekend.

Looks like fun, I wished that we could have gone.
