This weekend we had 2 awesome visits with Piper. It has been so exciting to see all of the progress that she is making. Yesterday we had her on a mat on the floor, playing with her. She has so much more energy than she did, even just a couple of weeks ago. She now stays awake the whole time we are visiting. Every week we also notice an improvement in her ability to pay attention to her what is going on. We noticed that she is getting so much stonger than she was before. When we were changing her into her pajamas tonight, she grabbed onto both of her chest probes, one hand each, and pulled them right off. Hahahah. I had to put them back on and cover her chest with my hand for the rest of the ordeal. The whole time she tried to squeeze her little hand under mine to pull them off again. Today was also the first time we have visited her at night, since she has moved to Jersey. It is very quiet and peaceful here at night. It almost feels like we are at our own home. We took a lot of pictures this weekend, I will make sure to post them this week.
