I haven’t really said much about Piper for the last few days. For those who are wondering, she is still doing great. Today I finally put together her chair that we got for her last weekend. She loves it. Reagan and I are both hanging out with her right now and Some doctors are changoing the ties that secure the trache on her neck. All of the paperwork for Pipers insurance coverage at the place in Jersey is now submitted. Someone from that facility actually came up here one day last week to evaluate her. At this point she is just waiting for a bed to become available. Reagan and I have had a busy day already today. Currently Reagan is snuggled up in a chair next to Piper’s bed, cuddling my coat. We went to Trader Joes kind of early today and picked up some groceries with our friend Hillary. On the way back, we stopped at BBB to get some new curtains for our bedroom doors, in preparation for Reagan,s friends that are coming to stay this weekend. After we got back, got the cutains hung and made/ate lunch, we were both totally craving a nap. Unfortunately, today’s schedule won’t allow for one. Some of our friends are going to come hang out with us and Piper, then we are going to band practice. Sometimes I feel like we are busier on the weekends than we are during the week. Hopefully tomorrow we can sneak in a nap. 🙂 oh yeah, and we booked our trip to Puerto Rico, yay!
