And when I say getting pumped, I mean jumping out of bed in the morning and doing a double fist pump (or double drawer pull, according to Sam B. vernacular) at the thought that the kickoff of the MotoGP season is only 2 weeks away. I don’t really do the double fist pump in the morning, but I visualize my self doing it, because I generally don’t even have the energy to do a single fist pump when I first wake up. Anyway, last weekend was the first unofficial race of the season, it is classified as a practice race, held in Jerez. Nikki Hayden was the fastest. I’m hoping that he can have a better season this year, being that it is the second year on the new 800cc. I’m also excited to see how Rossi does, since this may be his last year racing in the GP class. The first official race is in Quatar the 9th of March. Feel free to book a spot on our couch if you want to come watch it with us. Anyway, all of this motorcycle talk and the occasional warm weather has been making me crazy to get out and ride. If all of the stars align, I will be on 2 wheels again this summer (please, Reag?).
