Seriously, the last 2 days have been freezing! I thought for a minute that we might escape this winter without having to go through this crap. I should have known better. Anyway, this is a sad week for me. Not because it is the week of Valentines Day (which was historically the reason for mid-February depression), but because we have found a new home for Napoleon. Napoleon is a fish that I have had for over 3 years, probably close to 4. I raised him from when he was 1 inch long. He is now probably over 10. The problem is that his brother Rico died when I moved, summer before last. Since then, Napoleon has enforced his law on any other tank mates that remained (AKA bullied them to death). So we have a boring 75 g. tank with one fish in it. It will be cool to start this tank over with a fresh stock of cool new fish. Just the same, it feels like we are going to be losing a member of the family. At least I can take comfort in the fact that the guy who is taking them seems to be just as big of a fish nerd as I am. Oh yeah, and.. Crap! I forgot my phone today.

No more Napoleon…What??? Are we going to have a going away party?? Who are we going to watch for entertainment? Reagan will have to start dancing for us….actually her stories could be good enough.
